  • How many socks does the gift box contain?

    We have 2 sizes of gift boxes: L or S.

    The S Gift Box can be used for 3- 6 socks and the L Gift Box can be used for 5- 10 socks.

  • Can I assemble my own gift box with socks of my choice?

    YES!

    We encourage you to be yourself, there is no rules.

    You can buy an empty gift box, S or L size, and socks of your choice.

    If you want us to pack the socks in the gift box please don't forget to mention it in the order.

    The S Gift Box can be used up to 6 pairs of socks and the L Gift Box can be used up to 10 pairs of socks.

  • Can I customize my own socks gift box?

    We have a variety of gift boxes that sold with precise series of socks. They are sold with five single socks or 3 single socks and available in sizes 36-40 and as well in sizes 41-46.

    Each sock in our series is different and able to pair the others for creating different and varied meanings.

    If you want to customized your own socks gift box you can buy our empty gift boxes and our socks separately.

    If you want us to pack the socks in the gift box, please don't forget to mention it in your order.

    The S Gift Box can be used up to 6 pairs of socks and the L Gift Box can be used up to 10 pairs of socks.

  • How many combinations I can make from the socks in a gift box?

    We have 2 sizes of gift boxes: L for 5 pairs of socks and S for 3 pairs of socks. From the 3 socks gift box you can combine up to 6 pairs of socks and from the 5 socks gift box you can combine up to 15 pairs of socks.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping or personal messages on orders?

    At the moment we don't offer gift wrapping.

    We are still running the option of adding a personalized note during checkout and since this option is under review, it is giving by OMNI without any warranty and therefore without additional cost.

  • How many socks will I receive?

    With OMNI you have as many options as you wish. You can buy 1 sock, a pair of socks or our gift boxes that contain 3 or 5
    pairs of socks. Of course you can buy as many singles socks as you wish.

  • If I lost one socks will I be able to buy socks in singles?

    We care about our planet so this is why we want you to be able to buy just one sock if this is what you want.

    We hope this way we will all reduce the environmental impact.

  • How can I choose a size?

  • How should I wash and my socks?

    We make sure that our socks are made of the best materials and that they will be high-quality, durability and keeping their shape.

    We recommend a washing temperature of 30°C/86°F from the inside out and with similar colors.

    We also recommend trying to keep the socks away from the dryer and drying them in the shade, this way they will last longer and it is also good for the environment.

    If your Omni socks are new, do not forget to cut the thread on the label with scissors since tearing it can damage the socks.

  • When can I live chat with OMNI support team?

  • What are Omni's socks made of?

    Omni carefully choose materials for our socks in order that they will be durable over time and will retain the color and softness.

    Our socks made of 86% Cotton, 12% Polyamide and 2% Elastane.

  • Are Omni socks sustainable?

    It's a matter of definition. In OMNI socks we give our community the option to buy a single sock and to mix and match with any other OMNI socks. By doing that we are reducing our environmental impact so when 1 sock get lost there is no need to throw away its pair or series. That way we are encouraging to buy less, save resources and decrease our environmental and climate impact.

    Our next goal in OMNI socks is to explore new ways that can improve our environmental footprint using recycled fibers and yet still keeping our socks soft, comfy, high-quality and durable.

  • How do I use my coupon code?

    It is easy.

    If you have Omni coupon codes you just need to enter the coupon code in the correct field at the checkout and the discount will automatically apply to the total amount.

    Please note that the coupon code only valid for regular priced products and cannot be combined with any other offer or another coupon code.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and PayPal.

    All transactions are handled by iCount international payment services.

  • Is it possible to change my order after I have placed it?

    Once you have placed your order, we are making a big effort to ship it as fast as possible.

    If a change is necessary, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

    The prices mentioned next to our socks are set in US dollars. They do not include possible shipping fees which calculated at the checkout.

  • How will I know how much my order will cost?

    Add the items that you like to your basket and then click "checkout". Then you will see your order total including the cost of the shipping and estimated taxes at the right side, based on the cost of your items, and the destination country.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    We are doing our best to process and ship your order within one business day. After that the delivery estimated time is between7-14 business days, depend on the local postal service in your country.

  • Do you have any conditions for campaigns and offers?

    They are valid for a limited amount of time only and they can't be applied before and after this period.

    They do not apply on products that are already on discount.

    Please note that the discount will either be automatically applied at checkout or you will need to enter a coupon code in the correct field.

    Important – please always double check the terms and conditions of the campaign/offer before placing an order since they can differ slightly from the above mentioned general conditions.

  • I didn’t get any confirmation email. Is everything is ok with my order?

    Normally the confirmation email will be sent to you right after completing your order.

    If you didn't receive it, please first check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there.

    If you still have any problem, please contact us with the order ID or any other details such as your name, address and ordered items so we will be able to check that everything is ok with your order.

  • What should I do if I received the wrong size / product?

    If you received a package with the wrong product(s) or with a damaged for any reason, just contact us and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake.

    Please state your order ID.

  • What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

    The delivery times of any order are dependent on the carrier and they are being evaluated as follows:

    a) An express mail delivery arrives to most parts of the world usually up to 7 business days from the completion of each order.

    b) A standard mail delivery arrives to most parts of the world usually up to 14 days from the completion of each order.

    Please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

    If your shipping address for your order is correct and the estimated delivery time has passed, please allow your postal services at least 5 more business days to deliver your order.

    If more than 5 business days have passed after your estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, just contact us so we will be able to help you further.

    Please allow extra days for local holidays, weekends and sale time.

    Please also note that due to Covid-19 the delivery times may be longer than usual.
